I can't post videos on Dtube

I have tried several times uploading a video, and when it all looks Ok (video, thumbnail, title) I hit "Submit" but nothing happens.

    I know that feeling all to well. Complete the steps, hit submit, but get an error. Try 4 more times, get annoyed and quit.
