Today I talk about a new discovery of mine - binaural beats. These are essentially tones that are played in each ear and sound like it is bouncing around your head. Based on different frequencies, they are supposed to have beneficial effects on you.
I have found one that works for me and gives me energy in the morning and I have been using it for the last few days whenever I need a little boost.
I have also been getting into hypnosis. I have found a few recordings that I am using to build my confidence and self-esteem. So far so good.
I will be using both of these resources going forward because I am making massive changes in my life. Being newly married, I have more responsibilities now and I do not have time to waste. As always I will be documenting it all here.
