DAY 7 & 8 : FITNESS TRANSFORMATION VLOG - TRAINING BACK

Hello Steemains,

Today is day 8 of my fitness transformation journey. Yesterday I took complete day off.

Back session completed. 5 exercises done:

  • Pull Ups
  • Lat Pull Downs
  • Single arm Rows
  • Seated Row
  • Bent Over Rows

Week 2 feels so much better, power is coming back properly!

Feeing very sore after training, first 2 weeks are the worse

Hi! Do you perform 2 almost identical exercise of one muscles group as it is a way to lose weight for you? Are you currently not training to increase muscles?

Hi Edwin, thank you. Exercises for lower back will be hyperextension, plank and still leg deadlifts
