Hello Steemains,
Today is day 4 of my fitness transformation journey and my v-log No 4. I trained arms, biceps and triceps. All the videos attached, like always, so you guys can really see what my training programme looks like.
I started with:
- Biceps curls with bar 4x12
- Biceps curls on Scott bench 4x12
- Standing Dumbbell curls 4x12
Then did:
- Triceps Dips 4x12
- Forearm curls 4x12
- Triceps Extension with V-Bar 4x12
and finished with
- Triceps extension with rope 4x12
All the plan done with light weight, as again it was just 1st week back to training after holiday.

A great, basic arm workout. I always like to end my triceps day with some dip negatives (basically jump up and lower down as slow as I can and repeat until failure).
Do you ever do supersets? Cuts down on rest time and get more done in less time.
