D.Tube Error while submitting to the blockchain

Today on 1/29/2018

I am unable to upload a video, and have been patient. However all i get is an error in the lower right hand corner.

"Error while submitting to the blockchain"

Anyone else seeing this? Is this a known issue, or something on my end?
