This series is awesome. I love how you get to "the heart" of a lot of people's questions...your answers simplify everything and encourage people to focus on the right stuff. Also, I like that you guys emphasize that there are different ways to do the keto diet and advocate for experimentation and lots of research, which then puts the responsibility on the individual person. The keto diet works so much better when you take control of it yourself and tinker and "hack" certain things and make it work for you, versus trying to fit into someone else's version of it.
I've had a lot of people ask me about information on keto the last couple of months and I've always been a little hesitant to send them to certain websites/videos because I feel like I always have a million disclaimers for them. Now I don't have to worry. I can send them the link to this series and I'll know they'll have a good keto foundation presented in a clear manner.
