We have new development on hold for the time being; it's hard to justify additional expense in the current climate. Once STEEM recovers or we are able to scale enough we will resume regular development.
In the meantime, I have been doing ongoing airdrops that gradually reassign my management bonus units out, to lift up the long tail of our current rewards distribution curve. Over 700 active accounts have already had 2 bonus units assigned to them, and more will become available as the program continues to scale.

Thanks for the support! I've tried to be public about who I am 'behind the curtain' since the beginning. This was my third appearance at a conference and I have also been interviewed on various Steem video and audio shows.
Given what has been happening with @magicdice, I thought it was time to get the video up right away instead of sitting on it any longer.
We are aware of the risks of direct payment in the cryptosphere, which is why we also offer competitive delegation rewards and upvoting bonuses. Initial enrollment is still required, but there are so many contests it's easy to win at least 1 unit with a little effort.
There are still risks of course, since only 20% of member pending upvote balance can be delivered on a single post, and only 4% on a comment. Even so, we've been in continuous operation (with only 2-3 short downtime intervals) for more than 18 months. We have delivered over 700,000 total upvotes, and regularly support almost 5000 active accounts.
