治疗颈椎病的健身操，据说非常有效

今天我请了几个老爹几十年的朋友来家里聚聚，其中有一个大伯比我爸年龄还大，但是穿的很少，声音洪亮，底气十足，对中医颇有研究。

他原来身体不好，就是四处求医学习，总结了一套健身经验，传授给几个人以后都说很有效。他也教我了几套健身操，有关于颈椎病的，眼睛康复，听力锻炼。

他现在也教了几个伙伴，说是在他的带领下，所有的症状都有挺大的改善。

中医就是这样，不信的人打死都不信，认为是伪科学；相信的人就觉得很有效，比西医要靠谱多了。

其中关于颈椎病的，大伯说如果坚持2个星期，必定会有效果。

征得他的同意后，我把视频发出来，给需要的人看看吧。

在他的健身操中，什么动作都是20下，也是挺有意思的。为了缩短视频长度，20下没有全部拍下来，知道意思就行啦

    重點在二個 1 溫熱 2 有按摩到頸部脊椎二旁的筋
    不需要按到脖子旁邊去，按脊椎旁直線的那條筋才是重點，按其他地方沒用。

    所以 用溫敷+按摩頸部脊椎二旁的筋，按到痛的地方把它揉開，不需要2個禮拜。

    供參考，下次你可以試試。
