❤️Lira Flow: Fun on the Hoop! ❤️

I love being up in the air! Recently, I got the opportunity to play on the lira. The lira is a suspended metal hoop you can do tricks on.

The lira is such a good workout, and it is also very beautiful. I took a video of some new beginner tricks I learned. I hope you enjoy it!
