“The Great Church (Grote Kerk, St. James Church) in Den Haag (Holland) began as a wooden chapel in the thirteenth century. Its first pipe organ was installed around 1518, and in 1882 a new instrument was built by J. Fr. Witte of Utrecht. The present instrument was built in 1971 by Metzler and Sons of Dietikon, Switzerland. This is Sri Chinmoy’s 33rd organ performance, including an initial and a final meditation.
