Zusammenschnitt vom Gelände-Nahkampf-Lehrgang 2/2019 am 13.7.2019.
Die Tour führte vom KEMPO-STUDIO aus, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bis zum "Vogelsang". Von da aus ging es dann weiter, zu Fuß bis zum Birkenkopf ("Monte Scherbelino"). Hierbei galt es den Höhenunterschied zu meistern.
Weiter (zum Teil querfeldein) zu den Heslacher Wasserfällen und durch die "Höhle". Hier wurden Ängste (Klaustrophobie) erfolgreich überwunden.
Dann sind wir am Pfaffensee, am Neuen See vorbei bis zum Bärenschlössle marschiert (Ausdauertraining). Auf dem Weg zum Schloss Solitude haben wir dann Rast gemacht und super lecker gegrillt. Nach dieser Stärkung ging es dann weiter mit dem Pflichtprogramm:
Die Fallschule aus dem KEMPO-JITSU-KARATE musste im Gelände wiederholt und zusätzlich auch die speziellen Nahkampf-Techniken geübt werden.
Danach ging es am Schloss Soiltude vorbei steil bergab ins Tal nach Stuttgart-Giebel.
Von dort aus sind wir dann mit der U-Bahn wieder zum KEMPO-STUDIO zurückgefahren.
Dauer der Exkursion: rund 9 Stunden
Marschlänge: insgesamt ca. 13 Kilometer
Das Motto: "Das ist geil!" -
Wurde erreicht!
