Walking my grandson home spotted this in our stream. Took it home, cleaned it up a little bit, and publically posted it so the owner can claim it.
Thoughts
Aparently it has been there for a few weeks as mentioned by a few people passing by as I was extracting lifting it up onto the bank. Most likely it's been discard by its owner, from inspection it's an old model and not well looked after.
