😮 Bullying in the workplace needs to STOP ✋

Hi Dtubians and Steemians, I thought I would do a vlog about bullying in the workplace, more than ever workers are experiencing bullying due to more jobs being of a casual nature which means they don't have to give out warnings. don't get me wrong there is alot of wonderful managers/owners that treat there staff well,but I do feel sorry for especially the young workers that need a job that put up with the bullying 😮
