the monroe institute actually teaches this as a matter of fact course.

the only people that could not do it where those that didn't believe it was possible.

    Yes monroe institute did teach a kind of Remote veiwing , but that method involved lying down and basically sleeping. This method of Remote viewing is done wide wake and alert ( this allow for better signal/noise ratio) (more accurate sessions when done correctly ) . Thanks for watching !
