Limiting Government with Insurance Companies, Gun Governance and Suicide Prevention by Alex Merced

in dtube •  7 years ago

In this video Alex Merced discusses several topics:

  • How insurance companies have a natural incentive to regulate risk of their policy holders and would act as a large source of governance in free markets. (There would also be a lot more competition in these markets)

  • How gun governance can occur in free markets without the need for government involvement. (Relies on the previous point)

  • Suicide prevention relies on making it easier for people to be open about depression and mental illness
