It's amazing how 'we' somehow lost sight of a basic fact.

Wealth starts with making things.
The rest grows from that, and always needs that foundation.

Otherwise we have we what have now - in the western countries.

Yup, I forgot who said it, maybe Adam Smith, but how wealthy you are is a direct reflection of how many voluntary transactions you made with others. Only through capitalism can you get ahead by helping your neighbor.
