Things are just heating up, and its not a bad thing. In this video, I'm addressing some questions I received and commenting on the overall experience thus far. We are all learning here, but we will continue to learn & grow together. Eventually we will have a library of knowledge that people can use to keep community members engaged with Steemit, and make the experience for everyone funner whilst improving the quality of Steemit content.

I agree, it’s something I want us all to work on to change. It’s a pretty big issue here on Steemit, and unless we all work together it’s only going to get worse as we grow. Which isn’t as bright of a future for Steemit. Thanks for your comment! Stay tuned for the second part video here shortly...

Thanks for your video. I only wrote a frustrated post on the Steemit Reddit, as I found after a few posts that I 'didn't get' the steem influence and power needed to keep going. I was going to give up, when some kind person upvoted my posts and instantly gave me enough power to keep going.
For me, I came here expecting to write GOOD content. I appreciate, mine will be in a Niche market, but hey, that's the point! I don't want to copy others. I don't want to join the thousands writing crap about this crypto prediction and that. My intention was good, but the Steemit platform looks like it is capable of letting new content authors down (I hate this, whale, minnow .... analogy).
So thanks for the post. I'll keep following, as you clearly are one voice that is worth listening to.

Thanks @sp33dy and I agree. Appreciate your comment and continue with your niches, as there is opportunity for you to dominate that niche on this website, so when it gets bigger you get all the traffic, your followers will grow because of that... excellent.
