Oehm mal so eine Frage meinst du mit 16k einen upstream von 16kbps? Also dafuer brauchst du schon ein Modem aus den 80igern. Falls du nur irgendwie die Zahl 16 im Kopf hattest, meinst du wahrscheinlich 16 Mbps downstream mit normalem DSL. Upstream hat normales DSL nur 1 Mbps.
