Pancakes!!

To make thin pancakes on milk, you will need:

milk - 500 ml
eggs of chicken - 3 pcs.
wheat flour of superior quality - 1.5 tbsp.
sugar - 0.5 tbsp.
salt - a pinch
Sunflower oil - 2 items of l.

How to cook thin pancakes on milk.

1. Take a deep bowl, smash eggs into it, whip with a handful of whisk.
2. Add the salt and sugar to beaten eggs, mix, pour in 150 ml of milk, mix thoroughly until smooth.
3. In a bowl with eggs and milk to sift the flour, carefully mix the whisk until smooth, to get a smooth dough.
4. Pour the remaining milk into the resulting dough and mix until the dough becomes homogeneous.
5. Add the vegetable oil and mix well again.
6. Now you can start baking pancakes. Put a frying pan on the stove, it's better if it's a special frying pan for pancakes, but it's not necessary. The frying pan should be warmed up well, oiled lightly with oil or a slice of fat, pour the ladle of pancake dough and, quickly turning in different directions, distribute the dough in a frying pan in such a way that the pancake turned evenly thin throughout the frying pan.
7. Return the frying pan to the stove, fry the pancake until golden, then turn it over to the other side and fry until golden, then pancake off the frying pan and transfer to a dish, grease with a slice of butter, fry the pancakes until all the dough is finished.
8. Finished pancakes can be served immediately at the table with jam, sour cream or caviar.
