#DTUBE Meditation- Introduction of How to Take Breathing Like Green Fog.

Good morning my fellow Dtubers and Steemians,

Welcome to my Dtube channel. After passing some period I come back gain with introducing another meditation step.

The former method was used in martial arts of the East before transforming his mind into a calm, gentle, integrated mind. First, the lungs should be inhaled. Breathe in the air from the lungs to the bottom of the lungs. You should breathe in asleep during your sleep.
Imagine the following in the following conditions: Feel the foggy green fog of your nostrils and slowly reach your belly. Now, you should see how the green fog spreads to your bowels and the entire body. The green fog is the way to cool your whole body, and see the muscles moving in your muscles. See in the heart how to go out and go out with the worst exhortation that has gathered there.

Do this exercise every day for 5 to 10 minutes. (Before morning or any competitive pressures), when this meditation is over you will feel a great peace of mind and peace of mind. You can change the state of your mind in the presence of deep breathing. The quality of our life will change at the same time.

You can trying out. I did more times green fog breathing stayed natural places. I felt most freedom of my mind and my thoughts was refresh.
