This time I want to introduce magical thing to you. It's mixed interest. Be careful this can be totally down your finance life. But you understand much better you can build up wealth step by steps. Because the mixed interest rate is actually miraculously active, it is often referred to as "magic" in financial texts. When you are asked for your use, you already know that the fee you pay is the interest.
