Hello Steemians & Dtubers,

How are you guys, Hope you're in good health. Welcome to my Dtube channel. After some short break I introduction another meditation techniques to you. It's very close to yoga method. Both yoga and meditation work with combined. Anybody know peoples can live without food and water one or two days. But peoples can't live without oxygen. In fact breath much needed to living any seconds on the planet. In this condition you need to know and control your breath much better. Do you like to living long term on the planet? Anyone's answer I know. Yes....You saying to me. I introducing two factors of breath holding methods, First one very close to Anapanasathi meditation I previously introduced. I slowly and simply explained how to do both meditation methods. So you can trying it. Keep practice every single day. Finally you can do perfectly. Here's five breath controlling methods included.
