Hello good morning Dtubers,

Today Sunday so I have free time for made combination yoga poses of my wife's house. I do Halasana pose long time and finally I did better. I can't satisfy my current flexibility. But after continuous practice we can get best flexibility. This poses is combined one. Those three steps go further with step by step. Basically 6 times per day enough to do. After catch better you can increase.
If you like to keep your age like young level you can do these yoga poses and eat nutritious foods. Look forward and enjoy.

Doing Yoga is really good for health . I am not flexible that much but always wonder how people become so much flexible. I have a question. Is it possible to practice Yoga alone for the first time? i never do it before.. Let me know.

You can do yoga alone. But before you need to take advice from Yoga teacher what kind of steps or how you'll do it. I met yoga teacher 22 years ago and I studied from him then after I did yoga alone in my room.

Yes you need a yoga teacher to start your journey in the yoga path. If you watch my old videos I have showed a few asanas and tutorials also !

I am interested in this sport. And I did this exercise 3 ago.

Yeah better for relaxing. But some steps very difficult to do without more practice. Sound was awesome you did already Yoga 7 years ago.
