At Muay Thai practice with my brother and cousin!!

We went for the Muay Thai practice trial
few days ago
The practice is always 1 hour but we can go to that so called "gym" to hang around or do exercising
The coaches there are very kind but sometimes strict but really good at teaching
But even though the practice costs alot but it is definitely worth the money
I suggest if people who lives in labuan or come visit for a month or so.
They should give it a try
