My Homemade Magic Brew --Barista Style Morning Coffee (WATCH THE VIDEO)

Good morning sunshine! Wake up and smell the coffee! There's something about coffee that makes waking up in the morning something to look forward to. I don't know about you but regardless of what people say about coffee being bad for you, I just simply choose the reality that coffee is actually good for our health because of its many antioxidant properties. The Greeks must have forgotten to include the god of coffee in their mythology because I think that it is a wonderful gift to the mortals.

I make coffee in many different ways but here's how I usually like to do it. I use my DeLonghi espresso-drip-cappuccino maker and I love it. It's very compact and practical for home use. It doesn't take a lot of space and does the job really well. I love watching how the baristas concoct their magical brew. They look more like a modern day alchemist... a click here, a turn there, a pull of a lever and voila!.... a wonderful cup-of-good-morning! I had an idea of taking that same experience in the comfort of my own home by getting myself the Delonghi multi-purpose machine where I can do virtually the same things that baristas do.... a click here, a turn there, a pull of a lever and voila! It's such a pleasure to play barista every morning. It's one of the ways I make and appreciate art every single day. :)
