It's not all just fun and games and drinking coffee :) Sometimes programmes have to bite down and do pretty boring or annoying or frustrating stuff as well. In the video I've listed 2 technical and 2 non-technical things we don't neccessarily enjoy but they're part of the job as well.

Good video! I always comment on code I write, because if I don't look at it for, say a year, it'll take time for me to see what's going on in my own code if the comments weren't there. Some programmers do nothing but maintenance on existing code. It' programmers' hell. :)
