in dtube •  6 years ago

Hello DTube and Steemians!

In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt I will show you how to make Brigadeiro. Brigadeiro is a traditional Brazilian Chocolate Treat that is very popular to have for birthdays but it is made at any time really. It is a made from just three ingredients, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and cocoa powder. Then of course you need to cover the outside, usually with chocolate sprinkles. It is kind of like a chocolate truffle. It gets its name from the Brigadier Eduardo Gomes and gained popularity in the mid to late 1940's. It is a very yummy chocolate treat and super easy to make, if I can do it, you can do it. Let's get started!
