I make sugar-free ketogenic chocolate bars!

  • 1 bar of bakers chocolate (14oz)
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/4 cup of ethrythritol
  • 1 tbsp of splenda equal measure
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp of vanilla extract

      ok, too bad only the one brand of chocolate that that is available is that one is that one (that I saw) at the Ingles here. The grade of chocolate can make a big difference. When I lived in Marietta I used to get Dagoba chocolate...

      I think I need to put more sweetener in the next batch, and actually cook them to about 240 degrees.... and maybe add some hot pepper powder...
