ok, too bad only the one brand of chocolate that that is available is that one is that one (that I saw) at the Ingles here. The grade of chocolate can make a big difference. When I lived in Marietta I used to get Dagoba chocolate...
I think I need to put more sweetener in the next batch, and actually cook them to about 240 degrees.... and maybe add some hot pepper powder...
