今日小贴士:
胡椒盐味鸡
配料:鸡一只,胡椒粉10克,盐15克,小洋葱2个
枸杞10克
注意事项:
鸡抹上胡椒盐后一定要腌制一会,要不然鸡肉没味
道。今天的鸡是2斤,蒸30分钟刚好,如果大一点
就适当加多点时。判断鸡熟了没有用一根筷子往
鸡腿位置戳,拔出来不会流血水就证明熟了。
