[EP95] - What a jerk consistency is...

in dtube •  6 years ago

Hi everyone!
Hope you're all well!

I've accidentally had a week off from a lot of my routine; training, diet, sleep, etc and I absolutely felt all the negative effects. My energy levels are absolutely tiny in comparison to usual, I felt fatigued and most importantly, my training was really hard.

My run today was super tough. My feet hurt, my Achilles and calves were tight, and my energy was really low... making the whole thing a bit of a mission. Usually I'm bouncing and raring to go for a run, whereas today, I had to drag myself out.

The lesson here is to try and be as consistent as possible. If something in your life changes... try and keep everything else the same. Your energy depends on it.

Thanks for watching!
