[EP294] - First lache in months!

Hi everyone!

Hope you're all well!
Welcome to my video made exclusively for D.Tube and Cinnamon

My Physical Therapist recommended trying laches again to see how it went... and it went well, but not perfectly.

It's been about 2 hours now and there is definitely a persistent dull ache in my right elbow now... but different progress from the immediate sharp pain.
