Episode 9 - Parkour

Hi everyone!

I'm @ninjavideo and welcome to my eighth @dtube video.
I'm training for the television show American Ninja Warrior. It's tough, you need speed, balance, core strength, grip strength, endurance and technique... there's a lot to learn and a lot of strength to develop.

Today I work on practicing parkour and talking about functional fitness.

    My brother does parkour and free running. He actually got accepted to go to ninja warrior, but couldn’t afford to make it :/ but he’ll be there next submission! Hopefully we see you there!!

      Hey Lou! Yeah man, it's so expensive.. .flights, accom, not knowing how long you'll be there... and if you try for the walk on line, you might need accom for 3 weeks or so... rad he got accepted, that's huge in itself... last year you had a 1% chance... and 2018 would have had heaps more applications since they dropped the age from 21 to 18.

      Awesome!! I hope to see him there too... he's clearly got some skills!

        It’s about 50% skill and 50% video submission. I made my brother act outrageous (to show personality), then the other half was him training
