Working out while traveling is always hard. I definitely notice that my progress slows down completely whenever I travel, and, honestly, it takes a bit of effort just to not go backwards in your training.
Over the last few years though, I've figured out a few tricks to try and get my training in... from creating your own pull up bars to making your push ups harder. You'd think it would be easier to complete body weight exercises while on the road, but it's often much harder because you might only have access to a treadmill and, if you're lucky, some free weights.
