So it seems we've started in the wrong direction. This whole time we've been embedding our videos onto our steemit blog post. Let this be our first step in the direction we wish to go. That direction being Dtube. The reason for this is that we are a film production company. It's more aligned with what we know and do. That being said, I'd like to catch everyone up on our current journey.
We started things off with our second vlog in a behind the scenes documentary of the making of Sudsy Slim Rides Again. Sudsy is the second feature film produced by Chad Carpenter of Tundra Comics and Filmed by Nomad Cinematics. This follow up to moose was the prime time for us to dive into the Alaskan Filmmaking process, a truly unique experience in the filmmaking world. In the first three of the vlog series you'll see two different videos regarding casting and one detailing our goal for the series. Though, as I have mentioned, our goal and what this series ended up turning into are two different things.
We set out to show you the process and instead showed something quite different. You'll learn a bit of the eccentricities of the Alaskan Filmmaker, sure, but you'll get better insight into the comoradery that develops over time with each member of the cast and crew. Thats what truly makes filmmaking great. At least to me it does. We'll be uploading the series every Tuesday and Thursday until we catch up with our Youtube channel. Seeing as this is our first Dtube upload, we'll be starting all the way back at Episode 1. Now that I've got you up to speed, enjoy the show!
