Train With Jane - Work Out of the Day - 01/03/18 (DTube Video)

I woke up this morning at 8:30 am to get my workout in. Yesterday I had this mega allergic reaction to god knows what and my eyes and face got swollen right after my workout. I woke up this morning with some swollen eyes but I wanted to workout anyway.

4 minutes into my warm up I didn’t feel right and my cheeks started puffing up again so I stopped. So decided to make a vlog and just relax until my next client at 4pm. After training my client I felt back to normal and decided to do a quick workout.

I was feeling frustrated that I could do this video for you guys this morning, I almost felt like a failure. I’m so happy I feel better and got this done today. I have @kaylinart following me now because she has a fitness new year resolution and I don’t want to let anyone down! Although I know health comes first.

Heres my workout:

20 Min Walk/Jog at 4.0 MPH
Circuit:
20 Dumbell Plank Rows using 5lbs each
30 Bear Crawl Shoulder Taps
10 Stationary Lunges + Tricep Extension (Using two 5Lb Dumbbells), Each Leg
20 Hip Thrusts (Using two 5LB Dumbbells)

In that order, repeat 3x

I like circuit training because I feel as if I burn more fat and have more energy to do each exercise, rather then burnt out after doing one set of the same exercise. Circuit training works best if you are doing multiple exercises that target different parts of the body. For example:
Circuit 1
Exercise A - Upper Body
Exercise B - Lower Body
Exercise c - Core

Calories Burned: 338
Duration: Approx 45 Min

I have see You around but this is the first video of Yours I am actually watching. I would just love to have the mindset to go to the gym... cause when I am there exercising I actually enjoy it. But the whole process to get there... is what I struggle with. Cause I am too lazy. That was an hardcore session there. Well now I am following You I will keep my eyes on Your videos :P maybe even get motivated to get back in the gym.

Mindset is tricky, but if you want it bad enough you'll find the motivation necessary.
The key is to make getting to the gym as convenient as possible, the father away the gym is - the more unlikely you are to go. I have my studio in my back yard and I have everything I could possibly need! I made it super convenient for myself and have no excuse not to workout.

It definitely wasn't as hardcore as I would like. But I hopeI can motivate you to get going!

uhhhh Fancy.... ehehhe Well I live in Central London. So I am only living in a rented room! LOL Maybe by the end of the Year I will be able to change that. But yeah I agree with You when it comes to that. :D I am pumped and motivated to do some changes in my life this Year so I will work hardest than ever to get there :D
