July 21, 2017 Meeting of the Milwaukee City/County Heroin, Opioid and Cocaine Task Force The full meeting is linked here. http://milwaukee.granicus.com/MediaPlayer.php?view_id=2&clip_id=1410.

This 20 minute clip shows the following people being interviewed by the Task Force: Captain Alex Ramirez Narcotics division works out of HITA Lieutenant Shaun Doyne Narcotics division HITA Kathy Federico DEA Tactical Diversion Squad https://www.deadiversion.usdoj.gov/offices_n_dirs/tac_squad.htm.

In the last minute of the clip Ms Federico makes the following revealing comments:

“And you did talk about some of the administrative proceedings that we can take against our physicians that are over prescribing and not prescribing in a legitimate manner, that puts oxycodone and hydrocodone on the street. And we do have a lot of those. And I mean the other issue we have is, is having, (she can barely get herself to say the next word!) prosecutions of physicians that are pumping pills on the street without people having a legitimate medical problems. And that's an issue we address all the time because nobody wants to put a doctor behind (oops, whoa, don’t say bars, orange jump suits oh my?) — in jail.” So, how do you address their criminality? Is this not the height of hypocrisy? Banks that are too big to fail and bankers that are too big to jail. Doctors are also god-like beings who cannot be jailed?

I have been following up with the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County and the Task Force to get them to try to pay attention to what Kathy Federico said. In my opinion she is a Whistle Blower
