There are some videos on YouTube claiming that Milton Friedman is describing Bitcoin – But they seem to have missed a VITAL point Milton makes which would indicate he is NOT!!!

When he describes “Electronic Cash” – he’s predicting the rise of Blockchain Technology - the ability through the internet, with an economic incentive, to have a purely electronic currency that is maintained through economic incentive.

Milton Friedman describes the ability to have perfect anonymity in the same way that if you take a $20 Bill from your pocket and hand it to someone else… and there is no record where it came from.

With Bitcoin, the Blockchain is Transparent, so that every transaction is possible to be tracked (and many Block Sci companies are already doing this...tracing your Bitcoin transactions).
