SWAT Team Takes Two Year Old For Having FEVER Parents Now Face Child Abuse Charges!!!

in dtube •  5 years ago

On February 25 2019 a mother took her two year old son to a naturopathic medicine clinic in Arizona because he had a fever of over 100. Upon learning he was unvaccinated the doctor instructed the mother to take him to the emergency room because she feared the boy could have meningitis. The doctor then called the emergency room at a Children’s Medical Centre to let them know the boy would be arriving…But after leaving the doctor’s office, the boy showed signs of improvement. He was laughing and playing with his siblings, and his temperature dropped closer to normal so Around 6:30 pm, the mother called the doctor to let her know the toddler no longer had a fever and she would not be taking him to the emergency room. This ultimately led to a swat team breaking down their door and forcefully removing their children to take them to the hospital for a check up. In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth covers the latest developments regarding an Arizona couple who had their children kidnapped from them by the state all “for their protection”. The bottom line is we are in fact winning the debate on the vaccine issue and so now they are moving to drastic measures, carrying out thug like tactics to initiate the stomping boot of the state on the faces of those who don’t comply.

The article glosses over a lot of reckless and belligerent behavior by the parents, thank God this time the child lived. What if the child had died from his untreated illness? Who would bring their kid to a ND for a high fever in the first place? The ND knew the place to go was an emergency room or urgent care.

You are ok with the State raising your children?

No, I take care of my children, I'm OK with the state raising their children, not that that happened here, are their children actually in foster care right now?

One could say the state is enabling those parents as well.

there are some pretty horrible people out there who do some pretty horrible shit to their kids who shouldn't be allowed to keep breathing much less keep their kids, in the process of trying to identify and stop those people sometimes some decent people get caught up and that sucks too, it's hard to say which people these are given the biased nature of the sources reporting it. They left out the part where the people were belligerent and escalated things to the point were someone called in a swat team over a child welfare situation.

Yeah I can understand that there are sickos out there and the children need protection. However, the state can have too much presence and can help lead to a dysfunctional society. The majority shouldn't even need a court to settle differences most of the time.

for sure, luckily the majority don't, most of the time. just imagine if people actually sued every time they said they were going to!

New York would be in a lot of trouble then! Lol

Totally disagree, the child's fever broke, why should they have to spend money on an emergency room? Reckless and belligerent, really? How is it reckless or belligerent to refuse to spend your money on a emergency room visit? So what, we should all bow down and worship the authority of child protective services and do whatever they say? People bring a child to a naturopathic doctor, because they understand that the medical industry is designed to push toxic chemicals into your body and call it a cure. The child's fever broke and was in no danger of dieing, but by the logic of your question, what if a 747 fell out of the sky and landed on their house?

A lot happened between the child's fever breaking and the swat team being called. It's hard to tell from the article because they left all of that out but the swat team was not called in because they didn't go to the emergency room. If it's an emergency you don't take your kid to an ND, the ND knew that. I suppose by your logic if a 747 fell out of the sky and landed on their house it would be the government's fault somehow.

So what if alot happened? We do not have to comply with unlawful orders, just because they come from the police. I absolutely disagree, the swat style tactics that were used was because they refused to comply with unlawful orders of the police, the police were involved because they didn't take their child to the emergency room, therefore the swat tactics were used because they didn't go to the emergency room. I never insinuated that a 747 falling out of the sky would be the government's fault, so I'm not sure how you jumped to that conclusion. I was simply pointing out that the logic of your question about "what if the child dies" was totally inflammatory, and how by that line of thinking we could come to almost any outrageous conclusion we want no matter how ridiculous.

I agree that we don't have to comply with unlawful orders, but that is neither here nor there, we do have to comply with lawful orders and these people choose not to and as a result of doing so they escalated the situation to a point where a swat team was called in to make them comply with the legal orders. More bad parenting on their part.

I think was quite clear from the story that the family did not escalate the situation. They refused to comply with orders they are under no obligation to comply with. So if your doctor told you that you needed a medical procedure that you disagreed and decided not to have it done, it is ok for your doctor to call the police on you? And when the police show up at your house at 1am to ask you about you it are going to get out of your bed and go outside to talk to them? I wouldn't, I'd tell exactly what these people did, where is your warrent. What has happened to these people is totally outrageous and disgusting.

The story glosses over a lot

the mother called the doctor to let her know the toddler no longer had a fever and she would not be taking him to the emergency room. This ultimately led to a swat team breaking down their door

More than a few things happened between those two things happening. It would be saying Trayvon bought skittles and then ultimately got shot. Buying skittles was not what caused him to get shot, it was attacking someone after he did that that caused him to get shot. The place to have it out with the police, if they are actually wrong and their orders are unlawful and you want to win, is in a courtroom, not the side of the road or barricading yourself inside your house.

Ugly stuff. Cops tend to not like being told 'no', I've only seen that work when people know their rights and the law.

yup, the best place to do that is inside of a courtroom with your own lawyer.

that depends on the situation - but whatever can be done to end the potential for violence is a good thing.

They even try to 'protect' you when you tell them not to...

I couldn't imagine living in Airstrip One, the UK is a repressive authoritarian regime. Why did the police go to his house in the first place?

He apparently streamed to youtube that he was going to hang himself. He later said that he did it to get attention to bring light to his evidence regarding the Rupert Murdoch phone hacking crimes and other issues relating to child abuse cases. He was a famous singer in the 90s as part of a boy band that sold 20+ million records, so he is attempting to use that to expose corruption.

"He later said that he did it to get attention "

in that case, Mission Accomplished ;)

Yeah - he ended up being told that if he spent a week in a mental hospital the charges he was facing might 'go away'.. He did that and then went on a rampage to expose the terrible state of 'care' the people in there were experiencing. I think he's a good guy, but probably did too much cocaine.

It sounds rediculous. They should comply.

Who should comply? The parents? So your kid gets a cough, you don't take them to the hospital, you get child abuse? I hope that is sarcasm or I am not reading your answer right.

Sarcasm

Haha can never tell in plain text.

Plain sarcasm. 🤣

Unbelievable.

Some sources claim that it was not a SWAT. Here you can read that:

Upon their failure to do so, the front door was breached by patrol officers (NOT SWAT)

And:

Arizona's Department of Child Safety and the CPD have been accused of overreach after police used SWAT-style tactics

So it was "SWAT-style", but it might not be a SWAT team.

The bottom line is we are in fact winning the debate on the vaccine issue

Could you elaborate what "debate"? You mean something specific or whole vaccines debate that is happening over the years? And who is winning and why, something important/breaking happened in this topic?

I'm not surprised, we have almost no freedom in this country anymore. If the powers that be don't like your attitude, let alone what you are doing, they will do whatever they want to you. Why? Because they NEVER face accountability for their actions, at most they get sued and we the people pay the bill.

What's crazy though is that if you're rich enough it's not a big deal to pay a fine.
