Lancia Stratos Marlboro Replica (Litton Corse)

A quick look round a Lancia Stratos Marlboro Replica (Litton Corse), taking approximately 60 seconds or so.

Litton Cars was founded in 1989 by Steve Greenwood, and was located in Skipton, North Yorkshire.

The basis was a semi-monocoque with many of the parts coming from a Lancia Beta. However various engines were used from Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Lancia, Renault, Rover and Vauxhall.

The one shown here was one of the first Litton Corse replicas built in 1989 and was constructed using parts taken from a crashed Lancia Beta HPE, using the 2.0i 8v TC engine. This project has spanned over 22 years!

Production ended in 1991 with about 45 cars being produced. Carson Automotive Engineering continued production from the same site, but with the new brand name of Carson.

If you are the owner, or even if you know anything about this car, please feel free to drop a comment and offer up some details. I’d love to know more about it.
