Morning beach circuit. I’ve been working on minimising rest between exercises & if needed, taking an extended rest between rounds.
3-4 ROUNDS
10 4x4 Grid iron runs
20 Mountain climbers
10 Crawl down to push up
10 High to low plank
15 Criss cross squat
20 Full sit ups
