Wie alle Schreibtischtäter hocke auch ich zu lange vor dem Gerät. Damit mein Hintern nicht genau so platt wird, wie das Display das ich vor der Nase habe, wackel ich mindestens einmal am Tag an die Elbe. Was nicht weiter schwierig ist, wenn man in Hamburg lebt.
