hi @rofilm , thanks for your reply. That sounds like you've got a great plan there!

I find when I'm not on a computer, there's nothing to prevent me from laying down some music ideas. I find that I'm often "tech supporting" myself with things like updates, drivers not working, USB devices not showing up etc - constantly fixing stuff on the computer.

I'm never doing that with a hardware setup.
