Anybody knows why I can't upload a video to DTube?

Hello everybody. I'm trying to upload a video to DTube but I keep getting an error and can't finish the process.
"ERROR: Please upload a snapshot"
I uploaded the snapshot but keeps giving the same error.

    What browser are you using? I found the same issue when I used safari, try google chrome it works that way.

      I'm using Chrome. The problem solved itself after about 2 hours.
