I unable to upload Video on DTube from yesterday please Help

Hi Everyone,

I unable to upload video on Dtube please help me to resolve this issue,I have this from yesterday.
Everyone have facing the same issue or this happens with me only.
Please suggest me how to upload the video.
I tries form mobile as well as desktop but i am facing same issue.
I attach the image of error.
