Hallo Sammy,
obwohl ich die ganze Fahrt über auf dem Beifahrersitz mit dem Navigieren beschäftigt war, blieben mir zwei Dinge in bester Erinnerung.
Das Tempo, mit dem du den Benzin-Hobel durch die Hochebene kutschiertest, kam ungefähr dem gleich, das mein Opa vorlegte, wenn er sich mit seinem MAN-Traktor und einem Anhänger voller Kartoffeln auf Kundenfang begab.
Außerdem tuckerst du konstant auf der Überholspur rum und hast nur riesiges Glück, dass der entgegenkommende Verkehr früh genug reagiert.
Von mir hast du ja nichts zu befürchten, doch ist der Weg von Sylt in die Flensburger Kartei nicht sonderlich weit - wollte ich nur ganz nebenbei angemerkt haben.
Außerdem solltest du dich zukünftig mehr dem Takt der Musiker anschließen. Die haben dass Stück komponiert, als noch kein Silberpfeil über die Cameron-Highlands gehuscht ist - geben aber trotzdem Gas, als gäbe es kein Morgen mehr. Übernehme einfach dieses Tempo und dann macht das auch Sinn mit der Überholspur. :-)

Eine ungewohnt entspannte Fahrt, die auch mal gut tat.
So hatte ich Zeit genug das saftige Grün am Straßenrand zu bewundern, anstatt mit nervösem Blick und vor lauter Aufregung zitternden Händen auf die Straße zu starren.

Was mir auch aufgefallen ist, Ihr seit auf der falschen Fahrspur unterwegs. Ich stelle mir das schwierig vor, wenn man an "Rechtsverkehr" gewöhnt ist und muss nun auf der linken Seite fahren. Das ist auch der Grund, weshalb ich alle England Touren ablehne. Habe viel zu große Angst als Geisterfahrer zu enden.
