Hello Dtubers
Today let's talk about few things and about this specific issue I have seen few users are having problem and for this reasons misunderstanding also took place which at the end did not went well as a matter of fact.
Language Barrier
Some users are having some difficulty in regard to this particular fact while this is not the fact that should stop a user from creating or being a part of Dtube as there are alternate ways that a person can make the viewers understand what message he/she is trying to give to them.
- Add Subtitle in your Videos it would give a clear aspect to what you are trying to say even if we the viewers are watching your video in your language.
- Apart from that add a summary of your video in the Description so that a user gets a clear idea what you are trying to express in the video. Enagement should be the key purpose of the video.
So if you are thinking that language is stopping you in being here on Dtube than you are wrong. Just be here and keep on going and start by trying and slowly you will approach to where you need to go.

Here is how I do it if I did not speak English:
Write the text of what I would say in the video in my language.
Find online translator to translate the text into English.
Use the the text as subtitle for the video.
Record the video talking in our native language.
Add subtitle. Need to be specific which subtitle goes which part of the video.
I think that's it.

I have seen my share of quality content in here and no wonder it will keep on going on the coming days as well.
As a matter of fact I have seen users who have capabilities but they are using it in the wrong way which is in a way making them feel their way of thinking different that they are trying to share with everyone.
In my point of view there will always be differences of views in almost everything but in my point of view identifying a low quality content is not that hard.
For instance I am seeing a user uploading a single image on Steemit.com of some random something which does not really makes sense. Why? What was the user thinking? I mean comeon at least tell us what/who is that a little description at the least. I would not oppose if that image holds any kind of value than I am all right with it nevertheless some common sense can even be applied in this sort of situations as well.
We can not really stop it once and for all but first by suggesting or pointing out the wrongs a user is doing we can reduce it exponentially and later even if those does not work than yeah FLAG is there to welcome them.
If a user is thinking for the community than give something to it.

@rehan12, Yes afcourse, We can talk in any language if we are not comfortable or we lack the Spoken English, but thing is adding the description is really vital and if that is also an obstacle then we can use the Translation tools.
