Schon seit den 1950er-Jahren bietet das Reitturnier am Fuße der 1.000 Jahre alten Burgruine Hardenberg eine gelungene Mischung aus Spitzensport, gräflichem Ambiente und elektrisierender Atmosphäre.

Wer im Finale beim Großen Preis in den Wettbewerb um die Goldene Peitsche eingreifen will, bringt sich im Championat in Stellung. Das NDR Fernsehen überträgt die Qualifikation von einem der schönsten Springreit-Turniere Norddeutschlands live.
