This Machine was created by Claude Elwood Shannon (father of the information age and inventor of the word "bit") and Marvin Minsky - it is called "The Ultimate Machine" - and it's absolutely perfect !! ;) - Some call it "The most useless Machine" - some call it the "Leave me alone Box" - but in fact, it's simply "ultimate".
