The Secret Life of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev ( Part 6 )

in dtube •  5 years ago  (edited)

Chapter six from which we will find out what the fourth charity foundation of Dmitry Medvedev does, and we will see another palace of the Prime Minister.

In a corrupt-corrupt country, there was a corrupt-corrupt Prime Minister. He really wanted to act like a king, but stupid laws prevented him from having everything he wanted. The Prime Minister thought for a long time and found a way out. He began to register all his illegal purchases under charitable funds, and named them so cunningly that no one would ever guess what they were really doing.
The "Dar" foundation of non-profit regional projects does not work with underprivileged regions, it does not open museums there, or develop education or medicine. It invests 30 billion rubles in the purchase of land.
The non-profit foundation for the preservation of cultural heritage "Gradislava" has no connection with culture- a huge estate in Ples, purchased with the money of “Dar” foundation, is registered under it.
The non-profit foundation for supporting socially significant state projects does not build schools and hospitals, and is not associated with the state at all. It has three hectares of land in Rublyovka, agricultural companies in Kursk and a winery in Krasnodar region.
There is also a fourth foundation- the Winter Olympics Sports Support foundation (in the diagram). What does it do?
Here, on the Psekhako ridge, there is a mysterious property included in the federal program for preparing for the Sochi Olympic games. This is neither a sports base nor a hotel. Olympians were not received in this place. And in general, very few people are received.

“Psekhako” Guest house for official guests
This complex is called - "Psekhako" guest house for official guests. There are several buildings, including a residence with an area of 4000m² on four hectares of protected land. Just as in the case of Medvedev's Ples dacha, the land lease was signed to "Dar" foundation at the stage of the Olympic construction.
At the end of 2014, the property was donated to the unknown Winter Olympics Sports Support foundation

The Supervisory Board of this foundation is headed by— as you probably guessed- Ilya Yeliseyev.
The nominal owner of the Winter sports support foundation is Vitaly Golovachev. The same employee of "Dar" foundation, in whose ownership “Sotsgosproekt” foundation is.
Vitaly Golovachev owns the Winter Olympics sports support foundation through another legal entity. The foundation is directly owned by "Meritage Management Company", which is 100% owned by Golovachev. "Meritage" management company is a very important organization that connects all the properties of Medvedev. We will talk about it in a separate chapter.
Let us now have a look into the Psekhako mountain residence. We'll do it, as usual, from aerial view.

This project is so big and chic that you can't hide it. The press wrote about it, and even published interior photos of this residence.

The media even leaked a project documentation of the spa complex, which is attached to the main house. Its size is particularly striking. There is literally everything on 1000 m²- steam rooms, saunas, salt grotto and something mysterious called "The shower of experiences". It is also impossible to not mention the pool with attractions.

The project documentation of the spa complex
From the financial statements of the Winter Olympics sports support foundation, we see that the Psekhako residence is estimated at 2.6 billion rubles. The amount is certainly understated. Just look at the scale of construction, house, decoration and furniture. It is impossible to find out the real cost, since there are no similar properties for sale in Krasnaya Polyana. We estimate it at least 7 billion rubles.
A construction of this scale was noted at the federal level. In December 2014, Transport Minister Maxim Sokolov and Construction and Housing Minister Mikhail Men presented national awards to the heads of companies that built Olympic facilities. The medal of the Order "For services to the Fatherland" II degree was awarded to 35 people, mostly the heads of large companies that built stadiums, hotels and roads.
But one person was especially noted. The Director of “Dar" foundation was the only one, of all the Olympic builders, who got the most honorable medal of the first degree.

Other employees of "Dar" received medals of the order "For services to the Fatherland" II degree, as well as honorary titles of "Honored Builder of Russia".
We emphasize that these state awards were awarded to the employees of “Dar" foundation for the construction of a personal dacha for the Prime Minister. For the 4000-meter house, for the spa complex, for the helipad, for the shower of experiences and the pool with attractions. Apart from this property, "Dar" did not build anything in Sochi .
We have no doubt that the winter residence was built for Medvedev personally. The fact that he constantly uses it, as usual, can be seen on his Instagram.
We compare the photos posted by the Prime Minister with the photos of the complex in Psekhako. Pay attention to the snow-covered lantern. Dmitry Medvedev posted this photo on Instagram three years ago, and then again, a very similar one two years ago.
We compare them with photos of the Psekhako mountain residence — and we see these lights exactly.

Identical lights in the "Psekhako" residence and Medvedev's photo on Instagram
In last year's picture of Medvedev with a romantic caption "ice and fire", we are interested in the terrain of the mountains and the chimney with a triangular cover.

We compare with the photos taken in Psekhako — and again a complete match.

The terrain of the mountains in the photos from the "Psekhako" residence matches with the photo from the Instagram of Medvedev.
It turns out that for three years in a row, at about the same time, Medvedev stays in this mountain residence.
And now let's examine how this mountain property is connected with other firms, funds and assets of Medvedev, which we have already described.
For example- the helipad from the photo above. Information about it can be found on the website of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Aeronautical Information Centre". There we can know about the plan of the site and find out that the site is managed by the "Management company of "Dar" foundation".

And here is a resume of an employee of "Promtehinvest" JSC. This is the firm of that same Vladimir Dyachenko, in whose name Medvedev orders his sneakers. We remind you, we already know that it serves the estate, donated by Alisher Usmanov,
in Rublyovka,

It turns out that the employees of “Promtehinvest” work for the mountain residence of Medvedev, too.
But who gives them useful guidance?
The answer is found in that same hacked conversation of Medvedev. Here's a letter with a to-do list we found in the same mailbox used for ordering shirts and sneakers:

Letter from the address [email protected]
The title of the letter "Note 1456" is the height, at which the Psekhako residence is located, above sea level . Medvedev orders decanters, good wine glasses, and wine also. He asks to divide between the "mountain"- Psekhako and the "river"- Ples. And the "main thing", in his words — a full set of maids and a manager.

Dmitry Medvedev registered his winter residence under another charity foundation of his empire- the Winter Olympics sports support foundation. The owners and managers are the same as before: his classmate Ilya Yeliseyev, and an employee of “Dar” foundation Vitaly Golovachev. Dmitry Medvedev regularly visits this residence, as evidenced by the photos on his Instagram. He personally gives out instructions on the management, recruitment and procurement for this property. He's been breaking the law for at least three years by not declaring this property.
