What's The Number One Way Steem and Dtube Newbies Can Find Success on the Platform ?

in dtube •  5 years ago

It's simple. Making good, high quality comments on other Steemians and Dtuber Blogs and Vlogs.

Notice how I said I said "quality". Not just Comments like "Great post" or "Good going".

I am talking about Comments that relate to the Subject matter and adds to the discussion. Leaving Comments that have some redeeming value.

Thanks buddy !

I've preached commenting to every person I've brought to steemit.. unfortunately none of them took my advice.. even tho they know I am one of those people who upvotes replies on my posts..

I feel you @davedickeyyall and know exactly what you mean. To many Newbies it's too much work ( and for some oldies as well) But I personally love it. 8pm tonight can't come soon enough for me to start a marathon Commenting and Curating period ;)

Thank you for this post! It's good to know that there are others out there that believe that content matters, whether in the post or the comments. (I think sometimes it can appear as if this platform is merely an upvote Ponzi scheme of some kind, so it is always a relief to see longer-term Steemians banging the 'quality content' drum.

Appreciate that @jamesdeagle. And I will continue banging it :)

You are right . I started making videos but nobody is watching me but I will continue
Thanks for the advice bro

Keep up right what you are doing now @billyuzi and that is making Comments. You have a new Follower :)

Isn't it funny how this continues to be an issue. I almost think it is one of those timeless things that is never going to change. There could be a new post written or recorded every week about how engagement is so important and it would probably have an impact on at least one person.
